Blinks: Boracay Boat Ride
photo: Ms B taken: January 2010
Sometimes, as we get mesmerized by the beauty of our surroundings, we overlook the simple shabby chic elegance of where we stand. I love this picture. This doesn’t best describe Boracay, of course, because you see nothing of the beaches the island is known for. But the colors of this image, the angle, the pop of yellow of the rope holding the anchor, ahhh. Serene yet at the same time, bold. And the subject, like I said, shabby chic.
